The Morning Call Sheet

The Morning Call Sheet is the newsletter we plan to publish one day: a short, punchy roundup of what mattered in television, film, streaming and pop culture. It does not exist yet. Nothing has been sent, and nothing will be sent from this demo.

What the Preview Does

If you use the signup on the site, your entry is saved in your own browser through localStorage, under a key called newsletter. It is never transmitted to us or to any email service. Think of it as a note-to-self that says you are interested.

What You Will Not Get

• No email, today or tomorrow, as a result of this signup.
• No confirmation message.
• No marketing from us or from partners.
• No unsubscribe link, because there is no list.

If you clear your browser's site data, the preview entry disappears.

What the Newsletter Might Contain

• The three stories that mattered most, in one line each.
• A short analysis note from one of our fictional desks.
• A watch-this-week list.
• A corrections note, if we got something wrong.

Everything in the launch edition is fictional, so the sample stories you see now are invented as well.

If It Becomes Real

Should we ever launch a real newsletter, we will use a clear opt-in, explain who handles the data, make unsubscribing a single step and update the Privacy Policy before collecting anything. We will not add you to a list because you tried a preview.

Contact

Questions can go to [email protected]. Clicking the address opens your email app. Nothing is sent until you send it.

Independence

NewsHBO 24/7 is independent and not affiliated with any studio, network or streaming service.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Can I enter someone else's address? There is no need. Nothing is sent, so no address is ever contacted.
• Is there a paid edition? No. No plans or prices exist.
• When will it launch? We do not promise a date. It is an idea in the planning stage.

If you want to follow the project in the meantime, the articles on the site are the best place to start.
