Law enforcement agents were seen searching the home of Annie Guthrie, the older sister of Today anchor Savannah Guthrie, amid the ongoing investigation into their mother Nancy’s disappearance.
Fox News crime reporter Sarah Rumpf-Whitten first shared video taken from Annie’s home in Tucson around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday evening.
“At Annie Guthrie’s home see what appears to be unmarked police vehicles at the scene,” she wrote. “White flashes are visible coming from the garage, which appears to be investigators taking photographs.”
Brian Entin, a correspondent for the conservative cable news network NewNation, shared additional footage to social media two hours later, depicting vehicles leaving a gravel lot at night.
“Deputies are starting to leave Annie Guthrie’s house after three hours,” Entin wrote in the caption. The outlet reported on Sunday that authorities wearing blue gloves were seen leaving the home carrying brown bags.
The videos of authorities appearing to search Annie’s home come hours after the 56-year-old writer, sister Savannah, and brother Camron, a retired F-16 fighter pilot, shared a troubling video seemingly addressed to their mother’s kidnappers.
“We received your message, and we understand,” Savannah said, seated between her siblings. “We beg you now to return our mother to us so that we can celebrate with her. This is the only way we will have peace. This is very valuable to us, and we will pay.”
Entertainment Weekly did not immediately hear back from the Pima County Sheriff’s Department for comment.
Nancy, 84, was reported missing from her Tucson home on Feb. 1. PCSD officials revealed during a Feb. 5 press conference that she was last seen outside her home around 10 p.m. on Jan. 31, after being dropped off by family members. Her doorbell camera was disconnected several hours later, and at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Feb. 1, her pacemaker disconnected from her personal device.
On Feb. 2, a public information officer for the sheriff’s department told Entertainment Weekly that the sheriff believed Nancy “was taken from the home against her will, possibly in the middle of the night. Taken against her will includes possible kidnapping or abduction.”
The Feb. 5 press conference confirmed speculation that blood had been found on the porch outside Nancy’s house, which was later matched to her DNA after testing.

Police continue to monitor Nancy’s home while the investigation into her disappearance carries on.
The FBI and the Sheriff’s Department are asking anyone with tips to contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI. The bureau has set a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to her recovery or the arrest of anyone involved in her disappearance.
