🇺🇸 🔴 LOS ANGELES CASE TAKES SHOCKING TURN AFTER AUTOPSY RESULTS ARE RELEASED
A major new development has shaken the case of 12-year-old Khimberly Zavaleta Chuquipa, the young girl who passed away days after a reported incident at Reseda High School involving a metal water bottle. The newly revealed autopsy findings have sparked outrage and emotional reactions from her family.
According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Khimberly’s passing was officially ruled as resulting from natural causes rather than a homicide. The report stated that she had a rare congenital condition known as a brain arteriovenous malformation (AVM), which can cause fragile blood vessels in the brain to rupture unexpectedly.

Medical officials explained that this type of condition may lead to sudden and severe internal bleeding without warning. Authorities confirmed that Khimberly was involved in a school altercation several days before she collapsed, but investigators reportedly found no direct connection between the incident and the fatal hemorrhage.
The family’s attorney strongly criticized the ruling, arguing that it ignores the sequence of events leading up to the tragedy. He stated that Khimberly had shown no major health symptoms beforehand and that the incident at school was followed by severe pain and a rapid medical decline.
Earlier this year, the student connected to the altercation had reportedly been taken into custody as the investigation unfolded. However, following the medical examiner’s conclusions, questions are now growing about whether the case will continue moving forward.
While officials maintain the death was linked to a pre-existing medical condition, the family believes the school incident may have contributed to the tragic outcome. The case is now generating intense debate online.
