Annie Suwan and David Toborowsky from 90 Day Fiancé have experienced a heartbreaking loss while expecting their first child together. The couple got married in November 2017 and have been working hard to achieve their American dream. Despite being a popular reality TV star, David has recently taken on a new role as a real estate agent. In July 2024, the couple announced the exciting news of their pregnancy after undergoing IVF treatment. During a gender reveal party in September 2024, David and Annie revealed they are expecting a baby girl, who is due to arrive in March 2025.
Recently, Annie and David experienced a significant tragedy in their family before the arrival of their baby girl.
Annie posted a tribute to her grandmother on Instagram Story, announcing that she had passed away. The 90 Day Fiancé alum shared a framed photograph from her grandma’s funeral and seemed devastated as she wrote, “goodbye for now.” The photo included details about Annie’s grandmother, including text in Thai, which translated to “Miss Wongchanruang born April 1, 1940. Died November 8, 2024. Age 84 years, 7 months, 7 days.”
Annie also shared an Instagram post with the heartfelt caption, “We will see you in again in another side Grandma. Goodbye for now- we love you.” This particular post revealed photos from her grandma’s funeral. Annie said that her brothers Joe and Jordan became Monks to be able to send their grandma’s “soul to the [heaven].” She exclaimed that she was “so proud” of them for their involvement at the funeral.
All three of Annie’s Instagram posts about her grandma featured plenty of photos to pay tribute to her loved one and all that she contributed during her long life. There were some photos in black and white, including ones that showed Annie posing with her grandma and David. Annie’s husband left a comment on the first post to mention how much her grandma-in-law would be missed and hoping that she rests in peace. A lot of her social media followers also replied with their own condolences for the 90 Day Fiancé star.

While she must be saddened that her grandma didn’t meet her child, she probably feels that her grandma would continue to send her love from heaven.
