90 Day Fiancé star Colt Johnson’s wife has a surprising reaction to rumors about his romance with cast member Cortney Reardanz, as Colt recovers from a life-threatening injury that could result in amputation. Colt and Larissa Lima got married in 90 Day Fiancé season 6 and were divorced within a year after several disturbing domestic disputes. Colt moved on to date Jess Caroline but cheated on her with Vanessa. Colt and Vanessa turned from friends with benefits to husband and wife in The Single Life season 1. However, Colt was filming The Last Resort when he had a trampoline accident.

Vanessa was going to dump Colt but stayed with him because of his nearly fatal fall which took over a year and multiple surgeries down the recovery road. However, Vanessa called it quits with Colt in February 2024.

Colt was filming a new 90 Day Fiancé singles spin-off with Cortney in Mexico in October 2024, where he fell all over again. Vanessa and Colt were surely about to split up in December 2022 when they agreed to film The Last Resort, where couples try to salvage their relationships through therapy at a picturesque resort. At first, Vanessa simply claimed that Colt had an accident but later confirmed he fell while filming a trampoline scene for The Last Resort and that they were replaced by Molly Hopkins and Kelly Brown when they refused to film further. Colt may not have liked Vanessa quitting the 90 Day Fiancé franchise on his behalf. As soon as they separated, Colt hinted at a comeback.

Vanessa stayed with Colt only as long as he healed. She underwent a massive weight-loss transformation after leaving him and Shabooty claimed that Colt turned to Ozempic to lose weight out of jealousy. However, it seemingly weakened his bones. Colt’s recovery is taking longer as he has developed some sort of infection and there are chances he might have to amputate his leg. Cortney was caring for her new boyfriend.
