It has been a very busy week to be Meghan Markle. Or at least, a very busy week to report on her.
According to a flurry of British tabloids, newsletters and showbiz columns, the Duchess of Sussex has been offered no fewer than 47 — yes, forty-seven — new jobs in the UK in the last seven days alone.
She hasn’t taken any of them. But that hasn’t stopped the headlines.

– Global Ambassador for Soho House
The full-circle job. Meghan is reportedly returning to the place where her royal story began. According to a report, the Duchess has been offered a new role as global ambassador for Soho House, tapped to “modernize the magic” of the club by hosting events focused on empowerment and social impact across its global properties, including Malibu and Mayfair. A source told press: “Soho House was her sanctuary long before royalty.”

The most British job of all. After Meghan revealed on season 2 of With Love, Meghan that Magic Radio was “one of the things I miss most about the UK,” the station pounced.
