In the third season of the charming teen rom-com XO, Kitty, our titular protagonist, worries about the future. However, nothing is ever predictable in the romance series, spun off from the beloved To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before movies. Has ‘XO, Kitty’ been renewed for season 4?
XO, Kitty has performed consistently well on Netflix. Its first season, released in 2023, snagged over 14 million views in its first week, finishing only behind the Bridgerton series Queen Charlotte in the rankings. According to the Netflix Engagement Report for the first half of 2025, when XO, Kitty season 2 premiered, the series racked up more than 35 million views, making it the 18th most-watched series on the streamer in that period. If viewership for the third season stays high, then there is no reason why Netflix shouldn’t renew the original series for a fourth season. Season 3 showrunner Valentina Garza told Deadline about the possibility: “I know that all of our fans would love to see that. We’re just gonna have to wait and see what happens. We’re very excited to continue to see our characters learn and grow.”
