Authorities are continuing their search into the disappearance of a young girl in Alabama.
Police were seen with a cadaver dog on Wednesday morning around the apartment complex where 2-year-old Genesis Nova Reid lived with her mother and the nearby wooded area.
The animals are trained to locate human remains.
On Monday, the girl was reported missing around 3 a.m. after her mother, Adrienne Reid, said the toddler was not found in her bed.

Enterprise authorities said in a news release that Adrienne Reid told police the door to the home was found open. But investigators said after conducting multiple interviews, they determined the child had not been seen in several weeks.
