SH;;OC;KING TRUTH: The NEIGHBOR is the one holding Nancy Guthrie’s mother for RANSOM — the FOOTPRINTS exposed everything, and POLICE are now heading to the man’s house to RESCUE THE HOSTAGE

A new video has surfaced on the thirteenth day of the frantic search for Nancy Guthrie’s abductor, which shows a man with a goatee lurking outside a Tucson house one week before she was taken.

The video posted on Ring’s Neighbors app on January 23 shows a man approaching the door of a property 6.5 miles from Nancy’s home with his back turned — and local authorities are investigating the footage, TMZ reported.

Although the man tried to avoid being seen by the camera by backing up to the front door, the Ring cam got a good view of him.

Nancy was reported missing Feb. 1 after she failed to show up to a church service viewing with friends.

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos said at a press conference Feb. 5 that Nancy was last seen the evening of Jan. 31 after she was dropped off at home by a family member around 9:48 p.m.

The next morning at 1:47 a.m. the doorbell camera at the house was disconnected and software detected a person or motion on a camera at 2:12 a.m., according to Nanos.

Her pacemaker app also disconnected from her phone at 2:28 a.m. Investigators believe she was likely taken from the home against her will after discovering her blood outside on the porch.
