Kameron Harris-Lusk has now been missing for a week, and the latest update is deeply concerning.
On March 22 at 6:53 PM, his mother received a 16-second phone call from an unknown number. She says she recognized Kameron’s voice, and he repeatedly said, “I’m alive, I’m alive, I’m alive,” before the call suddenly disconnected. According to her, he sounded distressed, like he may be in danger.
There were also strange developments leading up to that 16-second phone call. On March 21 at 1:36 AM, Kameron’s mother received a voicemail that captured a brief, unclear conversation before it disconnected. When she called the number back, an employee at the University of Houston answered. That employee later shared a photo of a phone screen showing an unverified message and image. The number connected to that message is believed to be associated with Olen Reed’s mother, but no one has been able to confirm Kameron’s safety or current location. Some people online have reported that Olen Reed is back home with his mother, but that has not been verified.
Kameron was last seen on March 16 in Robertsdale, Alabama. He was believed to be with his friend Olen Reed and his dog, a female boxer named Truly. His family says this is completely out of character, and he has no active warrants. He has also been officially entered into NCIC as a missing person.
What makes this situation even more alarming is that Kameron, his truck, his camper, and his dog are all still unaccounted for. There has been no confirmed sighting, and no further communication since the 16-second phone call.
Authorities and rescue teams are actively searching, but his exact whereabouts remain unknown. If you are anywhere near Alabama or the Houston, Texas area, please stay alert.
