A beautician has been convicted over the death of an OnlyFans model and Kim Kardashian lookalike following a backroom butt lift.

A San Mateo County jury on Monday found Vivian Alexandra Gomez, 53, guilty of felony involuntary manslaughter in connection with Christina Ashten Gourkani’s April 2023 death.

Gourkani hired Gomez to perform an illegal gluteal silicone injection, a form of body contouring intended to enlarge the buttocks.

Gomez, not licensed to perform medical procedures, administered several injections before Gourkani, 34, began experiencing complications.

Gourkani, also known as Ashten G, went into cardiac arrest during the procedure in a Bay Area hotel room. She died the next day from respiratory failure and a pulmonary embolism at Mills Peninsula Hospital, said prosecutors.

Police busted Gomez just hours later at Fort Lauderdale Airport, where she was extradited to California to await trial.

Gomez—who had remained free until the trial—will stay behind bars until her sentencing hearing, scheduled for May 5. The convicted beautician faces up to seven years in prison.

It was “a phone call that instantly shattered our world and will forever haunt our family,” said the fundraiser, which was closed after getting $6,607.

The viral Kim K lookalike “was such a caring and loving free spirit that always took the time to bring a smile to anyone’s face she crossed paths with,” it said.

“Ashten’s spirit is a light that will forever carry on to her loved ones around her and those that she has left behind.”
