Liz and Big Ed met while filming The Single Life season 1. Liz was a waitress manager at Encontro in San Diego while Big Ed was a regular customer there. He used to keep sitting at the restaurant until late and the pair soon became friends during the COVID-19 pandemic. Liz claimed to have seen a different side to 90 Day Fiancé’s Big Ed.
However, three years later, when Liz was getting married to Big Ed, he called off their wedding. Liz met a man named Jayson Zuniga in San Diego in October 2024.
Liz moved to Seattle with Jayson earlier this year. The mom of one recently shared a major update about her life in Washington with her Instagram followers. 90 Day Fiancé blogger 90dayfianceupdate shared a screenshot of Liz’s Story captioned, “Liz looks amazing!!! She’s living in Washington now.” Liz smiled for the camera in front of a pool table. She wrote that while the place she was standing in was “not Encontro,” she was now going to be serving at a location in Washington. Liz tagged the location as The Woodshop at McMenamins Anderson School in Bothell, Washington.
