Savannah Guthrie is making another plea for help in finding her missing mother, Nancy Guthrie.
On Monday, Feb. 9, the Today host, 54, posted a video to her Instagram to share “a few thoughts as we enter into another week of this nightmare.”
“I just want to say first of all, thank you so much for all of the prayers and the love that we have felt — my sister, my brother and I. And that our mom has felt,” she said. “Because we believe that somehow, someway, she is feeling these prayers and that God is lifting her in this moment and in this darkest place.”
“We believe our mom is still out there,” she continued. “We need your help. Law enforcement is working tirelessly around the clock, trying to bring her home, trying to find her. She was taken and we don’t know where. And we need your help.”
Guthrie concluded her message by asking people to report anything they might know to police.
“I’m coming on just to ask you, not just for your prayers but no matter where you are — even if you’re far from Tucson — if you see anything, if you hear anything, if there’s anything at all that seems strange to you that you report to law enforcement,” she said. “We are at an hour of desperation, and we need your help.”
On Feb. 1, Nancy was first reported missing after she did not show up to church. Police believe the mother of three was abducted, and they have yet to identify any suspects in the case.
Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos previously told The New York Times that Nancy was last seen the evening of Jan. 31 when her son-in-law, Tommaso Cioni, dropped her off at her house after she had dinner with him and Annie at their home.

Authorities continue to investigate an alleged ransom note sent to the media. FBI Phoenix Special Agent in Charge Heith Janke said on Feb. 5 that whoever wrote the ransom note set a deadline of 5 p.m. that evening.
“If a transfer wasn’t made, the second demand was for next Monday,” he said at a press conference. “I’m not going to go beyond that.”
On Friday, Feb. 6, the FBI acknowledged a new message potentially tied to Nancy’s disappearance. “The FBI and Pima County Sheriff’s Department are aware of a new message regarding Nancy Guthrie,” the Pima County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement to PEOPLE.
“Investigators are actively inspecting the information provided in the message for its authenticity,” the statement continued. “While this is one new piece of information, the FBI and the Pima County Sheriff’s Department are still asking anyone with tips to contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI. The FBI continues to offer a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the recovery of Nancy Guthrie and/or the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in her disappearance.”
That same day, Nancy’s blue SUV was taken from her garage, PEOPLE confirmed. Footage captured by NBC News on Feb. 6 showed the vehicle being placed on the back of a tow truck and was taken away from the residence.

Savannah, her brother Camron Guthrie and their sister, Annie Guthrie, previously shared a video on social media on Wednesday, Feb. 4, speaking to the potential abductor of Nancy. “We need to know without a doubt that she is alive and that you have her. We want to hear from you and we are ready to listen. Please, reach out to us,” Savannah said in the clip.
Since then, Savannah’s brother Camron Guthrie shared another video on his sister’s social media on Feb. 5, calling for “whoever is out there holding our mother” to get in touch. “We haven’t heard anything directly. We need you to reach out, and we need a way to communicate with you so we can move forward,” Camron said. “But first, we have to know that you have our mom. We want to talk to you, and we are waiting for contact.”
The FBI is urging anyone with tips or leads to call 1-800-CALL-FBI in addition to the Pima County Sheriff’s Office number, 520-351-4900.
