NASHVILLE, Tenn. WZTV) — A Colorado man who went missing in East Nashville over the weekend was found dead Thursday evening, according to Metro Nashville police.
Conor Anderson, 31, was found in a wooded area on Aug. 20 next to a parking lot at 14 James Robertson Parkway, police said.
There were no immediate indications of foul play, according to police. The medical examiner will determine Anderson’s cause of death.
Anderson flew to Nashville Saturday for a work conference and was staying at the Millennium Maxwell House hotel, according to Metro Nashville police.
He was last seen early Sunday morning in the Woodland Street and Main Street area.

Around 1 a.m. Sunday, Anderson flagged down two officers to report an interaction he had outside a nearby bar. Anderson told officers he gave $20 to men who said they would “show him around the area,” but the men reportedly walked away with his money.
The officers told Anderson they needed his driver’s license to file a formal report. Anderson refused and was advised to take a rideshare back to his hotel. He agreed, according to police.
Detectives had been reviewing surveillance footage, phone records and bank records as they searched for Anderson.
