[SHOCKING TRUTH] + Cindy R-S. + Used “Demon” Narrative to Mask a Backyard Nightmare
EVERMAN, TEXAS — The quiet suburb of Everman is reeling as a three-year-old mystery reaches a d*vastating conclusion. For over 1,000 days, the world wondered where 6-year-old Noel R. (N.) had gone. Today, the earth finally gave up its secrets, revealing a betrayal so cold it has left seasoned investigators in tears.
The Concrete Silent Witness
On May 13, 2026, forensic teams equipped with advanced excavation gear broke through a thick concrete patio at a rental property on Wisteria Drive. Beneath the very ground where N. once played, authorities uncovered hman rmains.
The “backyard renovation” that Cindy R-S. and her husband, Arshdeep Singh, completed just days before fleeing the country in 2023 was never about home improvement. It was a calculated attempt to bury the truth forever.
A Mother’s Chilling Deception
The most haunting aspect of this case remains the “Demon Narrative.” According to court documents and family testimonies, Cindy allegedly told relatives that her son was “possessed” and a threat to her newborn twins.
Investigators now believe this was a psychological smokescreen designed to “dehumanize” the 6-year-old before his disappearance. While she painted her son as a curse, she was allegedly planning a secret escape to India—an escape that began at DFW Airport, where CCTV captured the family boarding a flight, leaving one seat hauntingly empty.
The 2026 Legal Roadblock
The discovery comes at a moment of extreme tension. Just weeks ago, in March 2026, a Texas judge ruled that Cindy R-S. was incompetent to stand trial for capital m*rder. She is currently held in a state mental health facility, a move that many in the community view as a final attempt to evade justice.
However, with the physical recovery of the r*mains, prosecutors are preparing to challenge that ruling. “Evidence doesn’t have a mental state,” one legal expert noted. “The concrete speaks for itself.”
The Ghost in India
While Cindy sits in a Texas cell, her husband Arshdeep Singh remains a fugitive. As the “handyman” who allegedly poured the cement and built the shed over the burial site, his role is now the primary focus of the international manhunt. Did he act as the architect of this cover-up, or was he merely a pawn in a mother’s d*rk plan?
A Community’s Final Goodbye
As the Medical Examiner works to officially identify the r*mains, a small memorial of cowboy hats and blue ribbons has grown outside the Wisteria Drive home. The “Little Cowboy” of Everman may have been failed by those meant to protect him, but the soil of Texas refused to hide him any longer.
THE INVESTIGATION CONTINUES: With the b*dy found and the mother claiming “incompetence,” do you believe justice will ever truly be served in this case? Or is the legal system allowing a calculated suspect to slip through the cracks?

Human remains found at former home of missing boy Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez: police
Everman Police and the FBI have announced a significant discovery in the search for Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez. During a joint operation on Wednesday, investigators located human remains behind the 6-year-old’s former home on Wisteria Drive. This full press conference includes updates from Everman Police Chief Al Brooks, the FBI, and the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office regarding the evidence found and the next steps in the capital murder investigation against Noel’s mother, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh.
The Brief
Everman police, the FBI and the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office officials announced Thursday that human remains were found behind the former home of missing 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez.
The announcement follows an intensive search of the boy’s former home on Wisteria Drive, where the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office confirmed evidence was recently discovered.
This latest update comes as Noel’s mother, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, remains in a state mental facility after being charged with capital murder in the case.
EVERMAN, Texas – Everman police, the FBI and the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office officials announced Thursday that human remains were found behind the former home of missing 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez.

“During a lawfully authorized search operation at the former residence of Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, human remains were discovered,” Everman Police Chief Al Brooks said.
“Those remains are now in the custody of the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office, who is doing a forensic examination and working toward an official identification,” Brooks added. “I do want to be clear — no official identification has been made as of yet.”
The announcement follows an intense search Tuesday and Wednesday behind the boy’s former home in the 3700 block of Wisteria Drive.
Late Wednesday night, the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office confirmed that evidence was found during the operation.

No identity confirmed as human remains found in Everman
Police have yet to confirm the identity of the human remains discovered at an Everman home where a missing 6-year-old boy and his family once lived. FOX 4’s Shaun Rabb has more.
What we know:
Throughout the day on Tuesday and Wednesday, a joint operation involving Everman police, the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office, and the FBI focused on the property where Noel once lived with his family. Aerial footage showed investigators sifting through dirt in the backyard.
By midday, the search team began focusing on a specific area, eventually moving canopies to cover a hole as more specialized equipment and trailers arrived at the scene.
While Everman Police Chief Al Brooks previously stated that Tuesday’s search was a routine part of the investigative process with no new leads, the discovery of evidence on Wednesday shifted the momentum of the case.
Former FBI agent on identifying the remains

Human remains found in Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez search
Police discovered human remains at the former residence of Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, a 6-year-old boy who was last seen alive in 2022. FOX 4’s Amelia Jones has the latest.
What they’re saying:
“If there are no signs of trauma, then the manner of death is going to be… ambiguous.”
FOX 4’s Amelia Jones spoke to Gil Torrez, a former special agent with the FBI, about how the rest of the investigation could play out.
“The FBI has this, this entity called the Evidence Response Team. And these are very highly trained and disciplined people.”
Torrez, who has experience working on cases with human remains in advanced stages of decomposition, says investigators could use dental records or potentially items found with the body for identification.
“What I’ve known about cases in other cases is that sometimes they’re souvenirs, or there’s something that connects the person to something that is found with the body,” Torrez said.
What happened to Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez?
Everman Missing Boy Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez
The backstory:
Noel was last seen alive in the fall of 2022, though authorities were not alerted to his disappearance until March 2023. His mother, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, is charged with capital murder.
Investigators say Rodriguez-Singh originally told police Noel was living with his biological father in Mexico. However, she, her husband and Noel’s six siblings fled to India just two days later. Noel was not with them.
Rodriguez-Singh was added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list and captured in India last August. Last month, a Tarrant County judge ruled her incompetent to stand trial and ordered her to a state mental health facility. While Noel is presumed dead, his remains have never been found.

Authorities in Texas have found human remains in a home that was previously rented by the family of Noel Alvarez, the 6-year-old boy who disappeared more than three years ago.
Noel was last seen in 2022 and reported missing by concerned family members in March 2023, according to police in Everman, Texas.
Authorities announced in April 2023 that they’d determined Noel was deceased.
More than three years after the boy’s disappearance, investigators have located human remains at a residence where he lived with his family at the time he was reported missing, Everman Police Chief Al Brooks confirms to PEOPLE. The remains were recovered on Wednesday, May 13, he says.
Authorities have not confirmed who the remains belong to, as they undergo forensic examination and identification at the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office, Brooks says.
PEOPLE previously reported that the investigation began in March 2023 after family members grew concerned over Noel and the safety of his siblings. They told police he had not been seen since November 2022 when his mother Cindy Rodriguez-Singh gave birth to twins.
After the births, authorities alleged at the time, Rodriguez-Singh called the 6-year-old “possessed” and said he had a “demon” inside him that would hurt the twins.

During the welfare check in March 2023, Rodriguez-Singh allegedly told police he was with his father in Mexico, per police.
Two days after officers conducted the check, Rodriguez-Singh boarded a plane to India with her children, which eventually landed her on the FBI’s Most Wanted list.
The agency announced on Aug. 20, 2025 that she had been arrested.

Rodriguez-Singh was arrested just months after getting on the FBI’s “Ten Most Wanted Fugitives,” and charged with capital murder of a person under 10 years of age and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, according to authorities.
In March 2026, she was found incompetent to stand trial, according to court filings cited by CBS News, which further reported in April that a judge had ordered her to be admitted to a state hospital.
